I’m Gertjan, an automation-focused IT expert specialized in Booqable workflow automation.
My expertise comes from real operational experience: I built and scaled my own rental company, Rent Your Adventure, where I automated everything inside and around Booqable, because manual admin quickly becomes a bottleneck.
Over time, I developed custom automation systems for:

Does this work with my existing Booqable account?
Yes. All automations run on the official Booqable API and work with your current account, products and settings. You keep using Booqable exactly the way you do now.
What does a Booqable automation cost?
Simple automations start at a €75 project fee plus €9 per month for monitoring and maintenance. More complex flows get a clear quote after a short intro call, so you know the full cost before anything is built.
How long does it take to build an automation?
Most automations are live within one to two weeks. Simple flows, like a payment reminder sequence, are often ready in a few days.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You describe the problem in plain language and I take care of the technical side. Once the automation runs, you get a short explanation of what it does and how to keep an eye on it.
What happens if something breaks?
Monitoring and maintenance are included in the monthly fee. If Booqable changes something or a flow stops working, I fix it. That is part of the deal, not an extra invoice.
Can you automate things Booqable does not support natively?
Usually, yes. Deposits, tag-based rules, custom notifications, advanced shipping costs and custom reports are all built on top of the Booqable API. If the data is in Booqable, there is a good chance it can be automated.
